Marty informed us that our old waterproof system was an open system and that we might have radon coming through it. Sure enough he was correct! We hired a radon specialist and he was able to install a mitigation system. Marty also inspected our walls and advised that our foundation is fine and we did not need anything done at this time. This covers normal damage/lumber defects, staining not upholding for the length of time, or it just doesn’t uphold our customers standards (to a certain extent).
