"Mark with LOA came out and walked me through the process. It’s a complicated process, however Mark simplified it for me. He was here on time for appointments. LOA’s crews were here on time as well. I appreciate how they respected my property while they were here. They covered everything around my home with tarps to minimize debris in the yard. They did an amazing job on the roof and rolled my yard with powerful magnets at the end of the job to pick up any small metal and nails. They were in and out in one day. "I learned of Ruddy Roofing via KLBJ radio advertisement. I called Ruddy to confirm his company could work on a standing seam metal roof, which he confirmed. I then explained the roof was located 2 hours west in the Hill Country. He agreed to drive out to survey the wind damage and to meet with the insurance claim adjuster. Ruddyâ s knowledge as a previous adjuster helped me greatly to identify additional storm damage of which I was unaware. In short, Ruddyâ s legacy in the roofing industry, follow-up, and knowing specific details was a great find for me.
