"I hired Steve DeBlauwe of Concrete Paving Plus in 2022 to raise a sunken living area? the base for a full home remodel. Initially, the slab looked fine. But about a year later, cracks began to appear. And, then fast forward to this past year and we now have complete failure with deep structural cracks, breaking through the microcement flooring and underlayment. Engineers have confirmed it was poured with no bonding agent, no surface prep, and no rebar?only fibermesh concrete. These shortcuts caused water intrusion, pest access, and total concrete failure. I?ve been told the only fix is to tear everything out? including the kitchen remodel, impact doors, and flooring?and start over. Repairs are estimated at $40,000+ just for the concrete portion. I paid $17,221.65 via Angi Pay and gave Steve a chance to make it right. He never responded. I have since filed complaints with DBPR, Angi, and the BBB. I wanted the job done well and done right. It wasn?t."

Sue was in contact with us regularly prior to the scheduled project start time. Then the BIG day came. She and her crew came on time and started the project. I have worked with many people over my 81 years and I have to say Sue really impressed me along with her crew. They were very nice and all communicated with us extremely well. Sue told us that the project would take 2 days and that is exactly what it took. As we started our project it became apparent that we needed some sprinkler work completed and Sue was able to put us in touch with someone who came immediately and completed the work. She knew the right professional to do the job. Pristine Landscapes is a wonderful top of the line Design company. Everything that was promised was fulfilled and in the most professional manner. We love our backyard. It looks elegant, spacious, and speaks of the professional designing they accomplished. The cost matched the value. Any one who needs landscape designing should contact them because they are the BEST."

"They got Stuart Bryson as a Partner on the Pool Business. Stuart is knowed to do not pay the people that he hires for doing the job. We have done a job in 2016 for him and after long time trying to get paid he got a court decision, of which he still not following. when we were working he metioned that we had to complete the job on his timeframe as we were working for him and not for the homeowner but when the time to get paid came, he said that he did not received from the homeowner so he would not pay. We are in 2022 and he still owns me from that job, he is changing his business name from time to time and still doing that with the subcontracted team that he hires! So many good people to deal with, so don`t do like me, find a nice company to work with. I can asure that the probability to have probems with him is high!! Any company that does not have Stuart as a partner is already a better begining!!"

"Eddie contacted me right away and got the job started immediately. He was friendly and professional and gave me a great price. Eddie did an excellent job leveling our old driveway and installing new gravel. It was completed in two days. I was very happy with the work."

"Signed contract with partner/employee for fence second week in November. Was quoted a week. Around mid December it wasn’t done bc he said it was more complicated than he thought. I asked for another quote to do some general handyman work around the property and contracted directly with the employee to complete. I gave a $1500 deposit for materials and assumed he would start when the fence was done. He complained about losing money on the job. He said his credit was bad so he couldn’t rent the paint sprayer. Out of kindness I went to Home Depot and rented it in my name and paid for it even though it was part of the contract. He took about two weeks off for the holidays. I started to pester him to finish. Multiple times via text he said he would come to finish. I started to ask for the materials or a refund for my handyman contract. He also promised multiple times via text he would make it right. He dropped off a piece of wood for a shelf and promised a partial refund by today. It’s 8:13 pm. He never called or made an attempt to reach out. So they take the money, slow walk the job or don’t finish. Called Randy the owner and he acted surprised but no offer to help."
