"The person who provided the quote and the people doing the work had vastly different ideas of what was possible. We had asked to level the driveway and front steps along with a small patch of bricks that connected the two. The edges of the bricks and concrete did not end up level with one another and the masonry cracked. We ended up having a mason come out to fix the bricked area. We were told that, for what we paid, we could have just had a new driveway poured."

Dan and Tony were able to complete the long lists of items within a few days. I appreciate all of your hard work and dedication. The guys even came to my place on a Sunday to put in a half day to meet my deadlines. Be sure to be clear when giving direction - we had a couple mistakes that had to be fixed along the way due to paint selection in the wrong areas within the property. "We had a patio that was enclosed before the house. The steel post that was the original outdoor patios was used in the enclosure they rusted and the windows and door started leaking very bad. Kris came out and gave us some ideas for rebuild and we went with it, we have a much betted enclosure and are very happy. We had a lot of companies give us estimates but Kris was vey knowledgeable in this type of construction and the permit process ect. no regrets"

"When we first called Carl for a garage shelving estimate, he said he was in the area and would be by within an hour. We talked with him about what we'd like to have built and where we'd like it. He completely understood our needs, asked some intelligent questions, gave some valuable advice, and gave a good estimate for labor costs. He'd buy and bring the material to do the job and provide us with the receipt so we could reimburse him. We set a date for the next week. He arrived on time along with his adult son and all the materials he had bought for us plus all of his work gear. They set to work unloading our garage shelves (most of which were already containerized and boxed) into the middle of the garage floor. They worked very hard and very smart. The shelving was done perfectly on all three sides of the garage exactly like we had requested. They loaded our new shelves back up exactly where we wanted things and left some for us to do on our own at our request. They were very courteous, kind, efficient, and did an outstanding job. We've already asked Carl to come back and do some work for the interior of our home.

"It was a pleasure working with Mr. Shapiro and his Staff. They were professional, reliable and to my surprise compassionate to my situation. After, my father had an accident in the tub, it became necessary to have the bathroom remodel to handicapped standards to prevent future accident. Mr. Shapiro was very compassionate in not only handling my fathers needs but also completing the job in a timely manner so that it will not inconvenience my father for too long. In less than 3 weeks the job was completed , just in time for my Dad to celebrate Christmas in his apartment. The work done was beautiful and although, there were minor setback Mr. Shapiro handle the situation in a responsible and professional manner.
