I asked Hector for references which he provided and my discussion with his previous clients, including contractors, helped me make my decision. His proposal was fair and he helped coordinate with other tradespeople to make some needed repairs that I paid for separately. His painting team showed up at 8am on the day Hector said they would, and worked straight through, each day showing up at 8. They were polite, hardworking and cleaned up at the end of every day. "Matt spent a lot of time explaining the different paint options and the pros and cons of each one. He also provided photos and shared ideas for the painting project. This was extremely helpful as I was nervous about the outcome. Igor completed the painting/spraying of the cabinets. His work was meticulous. He cleaned up thoroughly after himself and rehung the cabinets doors without issue. You will be hard pressed to find a more thorough, professional or more reasonably priced company. I highly recommend them. They were able to fit the painting in before Christmas and completed the work in 3 days despite all the rain we had which slowed the dry-time."

"Hiring Carlson’s Proficient Painting was an excellent experience from beginning to end. I was impressed by their professionalism, expertise, and pride in doing the job right — down to the tiniest detail. Their price was reasonable, they use substantially better quality paint (the highest grade of Sherwin Williams), and their written estimate thoroughly detailed every step of the process.
