Of all the firms we interviewed, Infinity Exteriors was the best at being the most thorough during the quoting process, going over all details without requiring that they first be awarded the job or be given any sign that they are a finalist. After they quoted the job, they were responsive to every follow up question. During the quoting process, Jake did an excellent job identifying, on his own, special roof and gutter design issues with our home, the kind of detail that the other firms did not notice. He also came up with a creative solution to a known roof issue. Jake helped us select an affordable asphalt shingle that he felt could offer a look as special as what we had with cedar shake. To our surprise, once the roof was done, we realized that the choice of asphalt shingle has resulted in a curb appeal that is actually better than what the cedar shake created. Bottom line. "I hired Titan Construction two years ago to install new siding and a new roof. Work was done to my satisfaction. The area around the house was cleaned at the end of the work day. Less than a year later a wind storm took off two of the siding panels. I called Tim Niles, the general manager, and workers were there within a week to replace the damaged panels. However, the stand-out is that while having my gutters cleaned this year from another company, the workman pulled up on the shingles and broke several. I called Tim Niles and he sent his men out and they replaced the broken shingles at no cost to me. I highly recommend Titan Construction."

"They are professional and went to town stripping the whole roof off, put on a new roof , put on goretech and shingled or tiled it and we are so happy , they were done by 4pm that afternoon , we have the best looking roof on the block . "It went great. They had to run electricity for new wall switches and venting through an upstairs closet and out the roof. They showed up on time and explained what they were going to do. They updated us with progress as they went along. I was concerned about new carpeting getting messed up going up and down stairs. However they laid drop clothes everywhere they walked and cleaned everything up before they left. You'd never know anyone was doing work in here. The fan and light work great. Wish I'd done it a lot sooner. Will hire Trela Roofing in Evergreen Park again and again when needed. They do so much more than roofing."
