"I highly recommend Contractor Adrian Lamb owner of Affordable Builders. I needed to find a contractor who could replace a mid-century bathtub/shower with a walk-in shower for my elderly parents and I needed the job completed as soon as possible. I contacted Adrian who graciously agreed to provide a quote on a Saturday morning. He was very professional and patient with our ideas and questions. He explained all options for our project and provided a quote including project scope later that same day. He also provided several different places to select the specific tile that my parents were looking for. The tile was selected. I notified Adrian who agreed to travel to two different locations to pick up the materials. The project started on the following Thursday as agreed at contract signing. Adrian was in constant communication responding to additional questions and providing updates. Project was completed in one week which is exactly what was promised. The shower is absolutely amazing and my parents are very happy with the workmanship of the finished project. Affordable builders worked in a very organized fashion, keeping materials, tools and all areas clean and safe throughout the project. My father asked that additional painting be done and Adrian obliged without hesitation. Overall, I highly recommend Affordable Builders for any bathroom remodeling needs. "We sing the contract; the contractor came and measured the concrete stairs and existing broken handrail, and we got quote sing the contracts paid deposit and they came to install it just to see that the handrail they ordered was too small. Then they went silent for 2 months. It is October and we sing contract in August, we finally got response that the contractor got busy with larger projects...This is very disrespectful and non professional behavior."

"We relocated to California 6 months ago and needed the kitchen in our new house completely gutted and remodeled before we moved in, as well as having all flooring on the main floor of the house replaced. We were a bit nervous about undertaking a project of this magnitude while still living in NJ but Milan exceeded our expectations in every way. The job was completed on time and on budget, without a single unexpected upcharge. Milan provided excellent guidance on design and material selection and all of the actual work was done by a dedicated crew of Milan employees, overseen by an extremely knowledgeable and personable foreman; no revolving cast of day workers was utilized. What also stood out was how clean the crew left the house at the end of each day. Finally, Milan refused final payment until we were 100% happy with every detail. We have already utilized Milan on a second project, which was also completed on time and on budget, and will absolutely hire them again in the future."

"I dont usually write reviews as I hate to write. However, the service received from Friends & Brothers was so exceptional I felt compelled to do so. I cannot express how happy and satisfied I am! I do not have the words. Professional, Reliable, Considerate (of me and my home), Neat, Clean, Polite, Respectful, Cost Effective, Friendly, and Thorough come to mind. They called when they were on their way and actually arrived early which is generally unheard of. I was pleasantly surprised. What I thought was a small plumbing issue was in reality a much bigger problem. Jair ended up having to replace my toilets since the parts needed are no longer made/readily available. He also completed a couple other small tasks for me (electrical, etc). Even with all the extra work the total cost was still less than my usual plumber quoted for the small repair. Jair was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him and his company, Friends & Brothers!"
