"Alan came out same day within couple of hours to clear a clogged bathtub drain. Worked on it for some time, went above and beyond to get it drained but no luck' House is 50 + years old with cast iron pipes so I was not surprised when he said ones under the tub needed to be replaced. Had been giving us trouble for several years and had been getting worse. He wrote a proposal and said he could do the next day as it was too late to start that day. James the owner showed up early next morning and went over what needed to be done. Gave a fair price and Alan showed up hr or so later and got started. Worked all day bless his heart. Got drain running smoothly. It's been about 2 weeks and all still going great. Have had a number of plumbing jobs done in the past by different companies but James Degennaro was by far the best. Both he and Alan were great and professional and did great work and clean up. .Would absolutely hire again and recommend . So glad I found them. "The recessed lighting were installed with no problem. I was not sure what my options were for the recessed lighting, so it was nice that Scott went with to local hardware store to pick out the right options. 
The remote replacement for master bedroom ceiling fan is a different story.  The first unit replaced was dead on arrival - the light turned on but the fan will not work. So I got a new unit to replace and Scott returned the next day to replace.  It worked initially, but later the light or fan or both would turn on randomly.  So  let Scott know, he returned again to find out that we need to reset a code in the system and thought that fixed the issue.  The very next day it did the same thing, and let Scott  know and he didn't know what is a causing the light or fan to turn on randomly.  So, now I live with a ghost in the machine - now I have to turn off the main switch on the remote on the wall every time and every time I leave.
