There was unexpected additional action required at the end of the project and, Rene, the Superintendent, followed up and had that completed ASAP. I also want to comment that the roof replacement was done on my parents' home in S.Calif. I live in the Seattle area. I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be. Rene was accessible to me by phone or email if I had questions or was working through details on behalf of my parents. He always responded in a timely manner. Rene also went above and beyond by taking pictures of each stage of the project, emailing them to me with updates. My parents asked me to be on point so much of the communication came to me, yet Rene also kept my parents' updated. Jordan Roofing is professional, timely, and clean up was thorough. Excellent customer service and high quality work. Even the city roof inspector commented that Jordan Roofing Company does excellent work. I highly recommend Jordan Roofing Company."

I contacted the hometown restoration team over the phone, and they showed responsiveness and interest to provide us with an excellent job. He promised to return in a week to give me a presentation and a quote after my initial consultation. I was blown away when Luis returned a week later! He offered a PowerPoint presentation and explained the full details of our roof, which needed to be fixed together with their roofing licensing. After presenting the whole process clearly, I got confident to work with them. I hired their service, and the price was cheaper than the other firms in the area. It is obvious that they stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of any home they work on! Aaron came to my house, took all the requisite measurements and evaluated the condition of the existing roof. He was on time, knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the process. He went the extra mile for an excellent outcome. In fact, Aaron and his crew were able to help solve an issue I had with my older AC base. Without a doubt, they are solution oriented. I had a new cool roof installed and it is absolutely beautiful. The quality is outstanding. During the removal of the old roof, it was discovered that numerous pieces of wood on the roof deck indeed needed replacing, as did about half of the fascia boards. All the terms were upfront so there were no unexpected surprises. The foreman was competent and skilled, as were all the workers. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The crew was there on-time every morning and cleaned up the work site every afternoon. I never saw a nail on the driveway! Although the bid for the work was more expensive than others I received, the workmanship was well worth the cost. I would definitely utilize their services again – but I doubt I will ever need to do that! They gave me an amazing roof. I had an extremely positive experience with this company and highly recommend them."

Western Pacific Roofing came to the rescue just before this last big rain. They were not prepared to repair my roof upon first observation, however, they were able to secure the exposed area so as not to allow further damage from the impending rain storms. We survived the rain, they returned the next business day after the rains. Roof is repaired and I’m completely satisfied with my overall experience.
