"Cipriano is simply the best.  He was prompt for both estimate and date of work.  His crew was polite and conscientious and very talented.  They all went above and beyond our expectations.  Upon their arrival they noticed a minor leak at my water main.  The leak was caused by roots from a large tree a few feet away.  They worked to fix the leak while clearing and pruning and stayed late to finalize the repair even after I had to leave for an engagement.  I'm a construction superintendent and know a quality contractor when I work with one.  Cipriano Perez and his crew are true professionals and I highly recommend him."

"<p>Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.  </p> <br />"

"Called Andy out for a landscape plan to show the landscapers. He was pretty booked up but agreed to come out on a Sunday morning because we needed it done quickly. Paid $300 for the consultation and a non-scale drawing to give to landscapers. He has a lot of good ideas, certainly knows his plants and works quickly. We are very happy with the results and would use him again. $300 is dirt cheap (landscape joke) for this type of service. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The only recommendation is that he should bring along an Ipad with pictures of the different flowers and plants. A couple of plants sounded good but when we looked up the pics later they weren't quite right. Still, very happy with Andy and highly recommend him. <br />"

"Roman, the owner, showed up right on time. His two man work crew was right behind him. They planned the lay-out of the lighting fixtures and got right to work. Roman gave us some expert advice on installing the remote control as opposed to a wall switch. His advice really helped us make a decision and we went with the remote control unit in the ceiling fan. The crew was very professional and helped move all of the furniture in and out of the living room. They laid down a huge drop cloth that covered the whole floor. They completed the job in a very timely manner and left our house neat and clean. We will definitely contact Roman again at Advanced Electric in Simi Valley, CA for future electrical work. P.S. his prices are more than fair."

"The electrician arrived a bit early, and was fast, clean, and efficient doing the installations. He cleaned up after himself, and showed me how to replace the light bulbs in the new light fixtures. The finished work looks great. This is a very old house and he really respected the spirit of the place (which hasn't always been the case with workmen here.) I am so happy with this job and I am definitely keeping their business card."

"We moved into our home over the summer. In a corner of the back yard, we have a fish pond that was installed by the previous owners. Walt also advised us on different types of lighting for the bathroom and wow, were we amazed with our new recessed light.
