On top of that, our home was treated with care as if it were their own. From power washing, caulking, to painting and staining, they took extreme care to not disturb our many plants or get paint/stain on anything other than where it belonged. I can not say enough about the friendliness and professionalism shown by the entire crew. "Juan and his employees did a fantastic job! Juan was the quickest to respond to a quote request, very professional, and completed everything he said he would. They completed the entire house (approx 2000 sq. ft) in 2.5 days. They use Miller Evolution paint, unless you ask for a different brand. Our house had not been painted in 10 years so Juan and his employees replaced some trim and siding where needed. I would definitely hire JPR painting again!"

"We hired Millennium Specialties to paint the exterior of our house and shed. They repaired and replaced rotted wood, caulked places that had never been caulked before (hence the wood rot), cleaned, primed and painted our house, and it looks beautiful! Their work crew was a pleasure to work with, friendly, polite and responsive to our concerns. They are highly skilled and their work shows it. Our job took a little longer than expected due to unforeseen issues - we needed to replace a gutter. They happily came back after the replacement to paint the gutter. Dave's bid was detailed and the price was competitive with other highly rated companies. Our house ended up requiring more paint than expected and Dave absorbed that cost. "Amazing. Crew arrived on time, "isolated" the area of work with floor and wall coverings, worked steadily with no intrusion to me or my time, finished, cleaned up and asked for my opinion/approval. Excellent work, very professional and courteous. This project required some knowledge/expertise as it was being done on a 90 year old home and involved lathe and plaster and sheetrock both. Once complete, the only evidence they had been there was the ceiling patch was done! Would recommend them to any and all needing drywall work."

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
