"They came two days before and pressure washed the entire exterior. Then they came in taped, caulked, filled holes and painted. They were done in a little over a day and a half. Meticulous detail. There's a long wait time because people want him. If it's to hot or nasty he wont paint. He came with a crew of four and they were done in less then a day and half. 

I have no complaints whatsoever, no suggestions to improve whatsoever. We went with him because of reviews on Angie's List. We then found out that he did a lot of our neighbors. The amount of detail that he went through, if I had questions they would point me to Juan. He was more then prompt with giving me a understandable response. He was very courteous. They sprayed then rolled.

"Excellent company to work with. I was searching for a painter to paint several rooms inside my home where sheetrock had been replaced. I called several companies for bids, but 5 Star Painting was by far the best option for us. When I was calling for bids several companies said they were too busy, one even came out and looked at the project and then told me they were too busy. I called 5 Star and received a message that they were on vacation. I went to the website and found a option to request a bid so they would see it when they were back in the office the following week. I was very shocked to receive a response within minutes to my request. It was not a canned response, it was a live person (Patty) advising me they received my request, but were on vacation. However, they would be in touch as soon as they got back to schedule a walk through. The customer service had already won me over, but then Shad came in and completed a walk through. He made us feel like we actually mattered and he wanted to help us complete our work. It was not long after we received a bid that we decided to hire them. They got us on the schedule in a matter of a few days (not weeks like other companies had proposed). Shad and his team came in and did an amazing job painting the interior of my house. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a painter and will be using them again for future painting projects."

"We hired Millennium Specialties to paint the exterior of our house and shed. They repaired and replaced rotted wood, caulked places that had never been caulked before (hence the wood rot), cleaned, primed and painted our house, and it looks beautiful! Their work crew was a pleasure to work with, friendly, polite and responsive to our concerns. They are highly skilled and their work shows it. Our job took a little longer than expected due to unforeseen issues - we needed to replace a gutter. They happily came back after the replacement to paint the gutter. Dave's bid was detailed and the price was competitive with other highly rated companies. Our house ended up requiring more paint than expected and Dave absorbed that cost. Dave Jackson and John Shields who managed our project, were easy to contact, always returned our calls promptly, and resolved concerns in a timely manner. "Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
