Initially I needed a portion of a cement-fiber sided wall replaced due to significant water damage. He spent plenty of time with me discussing all of the options as he looked over the house. He's very professional yet personable and I felt I could trust his judgement on each of the decision points. The work was done quickly. As he pointed out that all of the wood trim around the windows and door on that end of the house were rotted, he explained ahead of time the possibilities he might uncover in removing the decayed wood.
