"A pipe burst in the wall today, and I was able to turn off the water before much damage was done. My biggest concern was getting it fixed quickly since we would have no water in the house until it was fixed. I was quite worried that we wouldn't get service quickly because I am sure I'm not the only person in Clarksville dealing with burst water pipes. I called at 11am this morning and by 1pm a guy was here...and he was gone about 45 minutes later. He cut a small hole in the wall (about a foot square), removed the burst pipe, replaced it with new pipe and added an additional valve that could be turned off in the winter months (in our drop ceiling) to prevent this happening again (it was the pipe to an outside spigot). When I got the bill I was blown away: $136 for such quick service and all those parts? I wish I could recommend them a hundred times over. I'm still marveling that it was taken care of so quickly and I am so thankful and appreciative. <br />"
