"Corey arrived actually early, immediately took off his shoes to protect my floors. We went into the bathroom to assess where to places the hardware. He was very helpful in advising to put the grab bars on a slight slant which I appreciated. He cautioned that the installation of one grab bar in the shower area could be a problem because of potential cracking of the travertine tile. I chose to take the risk. All the installations were trouble free and accomplished in record time. I then asked him to take a look at a bifold mirrored door in the bathroom that would not close and had stumped two visits by Lowe's reps. He fixed this also in record time. While he was on site he was friendly, respectful and even insistent on cleaning up some minor debris before he left. Overall it was a pleasure to work with him and in fact I asked him to return a do a paint job in the near future. Highly recommended to one and all."

"We had a very good experience with Closet Solutions. We have a small walk-in closet and basically we just wanted more space and for our closet to look nice and neat. Pam came out to give us a free estimate and measure our closet. She then sent us her design. She had some good suggestions for optimizing our space such as adding a wall for hanging robes, purses, etc. I also fell in love with the jewelry drawer and decided to add that also. The installers came out and installed the entire closet system in approx 2-1/2 to 3 hours. We were amazed at how much space we gained by simply having a bar for hanging clothes instead of the wire system. We also had shelves built up to 8' (we have 9' ceilings), which gives us much needed storage. The materials used are of good quality - we visited their showroom to see the material used before purchasing. When we get ready to do the closet in our office, we will definitely use Closet Solutions again."

"This was really cool to see. My back door for some crazy reason was the only section not covered by my wrap around deck. I told Mark I wanted it to match the existing sections, and mirror the front of the house. You can't imagine the crazy angles required to make this happen. You also can't tell where he added on when it was finished!!! AMAZING!!! Not one person who has been to the house previously can figure out where they added on from. They even matched the paint and stain perfectly on poles, railings, and roof. Mark and CRC are worth every penny, and just great folks!"

"It went real well. We had to have some other work done as well. The steering pump fluid had to be replaced and the only problem they said they fixed it and I took it there for something and a different guy who was there said you may have a leak on your steering pump because there is fluid on, and I said well but I just fixed that a couple of weeks ago because the fluid gets on there. They said just bring it in and have that cleaned for you and there seemed to be a lack of communication there because they replaced it for me two weeks before and I guess they hadn't cleaned it well and this guy was like look at this. I have not taken it back in yet, but the first time I went in they said all the parts were guaranteed that they would charge me for labor."

He ordered the mouldings and handrails which were delivered to my home. <br /> When I stained them, Charlie was available within a few weeks (per his original estimate of availability). <br /> He and his associate showed up, ready for work, and finished the job in two days. <br /> Inside corners were excellently coped, outside corners excellently mitered.  There were some areas in the house that required very precise fitting to existing mouldings, which he did very well. <br /> I've had experience with other trim carpenters who did not have very good skills and/or hid problems they encountered.  Trim Masters was open about everything. <br /> Very pleased and would certainly use again. <br />"
