"Although the initial meeting, pricing and scheduling the repairs went ok. The first phase of the repairs were done in a timely manner. My family and I took a vacation after the inital repairs were done. The second phase involved some minor work and was not as involved as the first part. After my return from being out of town, I had placed numerous calls to the manager and had to leave messages. I had also called the main office and actually got hold of the receiptanists. She apologized and mentioned that they were very busy and that I would be receiving a call back. This never happened. I gave up."
