It was during a weekend of heavy downfall and my wife discovered a small leak in our upstairs bedroom moments before leaving for the weekend. We called four roofing companies, all giving us at least 4 or 5 days wait time until they could help us. My call to James was completely different. He understood the amount of rain we were getting and came over right away to take a look at our roof. The door was installed in a day and James and his company went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. Whether that was picking up the door themselves from Menards or responding quickly with texts, I knew that my satisfaction was their top priority.
