They took much longer than I'm used to given my condo size but since it was their first time here, I didn't mind paying a little extra. My rating mostly applies to the horrible professionalism (or lack thereof) from management. Gary was responsive before my appointment. The day of my appointment and thereafter, he's been nonresponsive. When I finally got in touch with him, he was rude and unprofessional with no accountability displayed for not responding. I was going to hire them for regular service but that phone call changed my mind. I like to work with friendly businesses and professional attitudes. This is not it! I would hire the couple who cleaned but not via this business. They couldn't even produce a simple receipt until I followed up several times. Gary should treat his customers better!"
