Except minor glitches I still have to give 5stars to these guys ; and that speaks volume because I would easily take a point down for issues but these guys are so good that I cannot. "<p>I needed my metal front gate repaired because it was rusted, but the cost of repair outweighed the cost of replacement.  I was given a good price since the vendor said he had a larger order that he can dovetail my small order with but I just have to wait for about 2 weeks.  I wasn't in a hurry but had to call him after 2 weeks and it took another 1.5 to schedule the work.  He said it would take about 1-1.5 day to do the work but it dragged on to more than 3 days because of one reason or another.  He also had to do some re-work to my satisfaction.  Also had some small additional costs because the vendor kind of has selected memory as to what is covered in the job.  I recommend writing down every single details, although I thought that I did.  Overall, they did the job okay and tried to meet my expectation but not the most efficient crew. </p> <br />"
