"What a fabulous experience it was working with Mark and his team. Mark (the owner) responded within hours of my email inquiry as to his availability. Returned a competitive quote for materials and labor to prep, power-wash, and spray linseed oil on 4 wood buildings/structures on a large property in Del Norte. Communication was over the top! He sent daily progress pictures and was always available when I reached out. Mark ended up doing another project on the property as well.
