"I hired Brett with BATCO to build two separate decks for my Airbnb properties. He arrived on time, and even though he bid me a certain number, the second deck took less time than expected and I ended up paying less than I was quoted. Brett did an outstanding job and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the outcome given the decks are exposed to heavy weather conditions like rain and snow. You can tell Brett is a professional and knows what he’s doing. It’s always comforting knowing you have a contractor who’s legit, licensed+insured. Couldn’t recommend BATCO more."

"Fausto is very professional and knows what he is doing. I would hire him again on my next home projects and/or repairs."

"After dealing with frequent roof repairs, we finally decided on a complete replacement for our Livermore home. Avi kept us informed every step of the way, and the finished roof exceeded our expectations. It's made a noticeable difference during hot summer days."

"Max was very professional and I liked him from the moment I met him. He was very thorough and seemed very knowledgeable about the deck repairs needed. He arranged and met with another professional regarding the coating of the deck once he had repaired it. It was clear from that conversation that he knew what he was doing. He was very good about explaining alternatives to me so I could make informed decisions. I even hired him to do another plumbing project while he was there and he handled that with no problems at all. He has very high standards and was very clean and neat. I would hire him again and have already referred him to a friend."

"We recently had our deck enclosed to create some additional living space and we’re really happy with how everything turned out. The work came out great and the addition blends in really well with the existing house. The team was easy to work with, responsive, and made the whole process pretty smooth. We’re very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to do a remodel or home addition."

"Richard Flores called me on a Thursday evening, set an appointment for 8:30 am on Saturday and repaired my door by 10 am the same day. My project was difficult and several other contractors refused the job. Richard did a thorough assessment of the damage, quoted a reasonable price and began work immediately. He repaired my door, saving me thousands of dollars. I am grateful and feel his attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship is noteworthy in these times of difficulty. I was amazed and will definitely be hiring him for all future remodel or repair jobs. He is very professional and even checked back with me a few days later to make sure I was happy with his work."

"We hired Jake to build a new deck for our yard and we could not be happier (both with the decision to hire Jake and the deck itself). We particularly appreciated the quality of his workmanship and his high level of attention to detail (something that was very important to us). Jake was also extremely helpful in the overall design and planning aspects of the project offering helpful suggestions about materials, potential layout, etc. every step of the way. Jake is responsive and professional and we would not hesitate to hire him again for future projects. On this deck project we were truly thrilled with the final results. Although we did see some lower bids for the work (before selecting Jake), we are confident that we got great value for our dollar in terms of final quality."

"Clean and neat. Complete job done with care. 2 decks replaced for safety concerns. Beautiful solution using wire. From quote to completion easy to work with."

"My name is Tony Duplessis, I contracted with Nick and his crew to repair and rebuild the railings and stairway for for my upper deck. They did a terrific job. I was very impressed from the start. At the end of each day they would put their things away, sweep down the area and clean up. After seeing the beginnings of some of their work, I started thinking of other projects that needed taking care of. So I had them modify the contract to add rebuilding the lower deck by the pool. I knew they would uncover problems from previous work, but I trusted they would fix it and rebuild it properly. I wasn't wrong they did an amazing job. Which led to another contract modification to repair some rotting facia boards on my 45 yr. Old house. I couldn't let all of this fabulous work go unnoticed so I had them paint the entire house including the surrounding block wall fencing. As usual after each day clean up was performed. I finally have one more project that I need. To install shutters that first have to be ordered. Nick will have them painted, if required, and hung once they arrive. I was very comfortable with the price they charge, and would highly recommend them B.N.C. BUILDERS. I'm thinking of other projects of mine that I want to have done."
