"We contacted no less than 6 contractors for our project and interviewed 5. Many of them would only do part of the project or failed to even complete the estimate process. Danny at DR construction stood out for his honesty and timeliness. I even cold called two previous clients and both had high praise for his work. His estimate was fair and in the end the work was great. Contracts were utilized and all changes were tracked. Disbursement schedules were set which gave us piece of mind and it worked out great for us that he offered financing. Danny’s pride in his work was evident through out as the few concerns we had were already on his radar before we told him and he was very hesitant to let anything that was not high quality go unchecked. The master bath was essentially gutted to the studs and shower had to be reframed due to poor initial builder construction resulting in some rot. This project involved new floor tile, new bath, new cabinets, new glass shower enclosure, quartz countertops, painting and custom barndoor install. Danny was responsive and handled all subcontractors. He was flexible with schedule when we needed it and we always felt comfortable with the workers. We were grateful for the assistance and honesty with design choices by Danny’s partner and wife Marie. In the end we are very satisfied and confident Danny will still help us even though the job is complete. When we are ready for our kitchen remodel we will call DR Construction again. Throughout the course of our home project, Mr. Chavirra demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, understanding of our vision, timeliness, maintained in constant communication, and was respectful of our neighbors. The jobsite was left quite clean daily. Mr. Chavarria effectively collaborated with homeowners (us) and architect which harbored a positive experience during our renovation. Mr. Chavarria was also observed to practice the same positive attributes towards his work crew. "Yay! This job went very well. Because Nu-Tec does wonderful work, they are very busy so finding a time that our project could be done was the only catch. But our patience was rewarded with a job well done. Great attention to detail. Cracks were filled, areas where the stucco on our house was weak or compromised were completely redone, with the stucco replaced and retexturized. Painters applied two coats of elastomeric paint. They sanded and repainted wrought iron balcony rails, replaced door frames, and in one case, replaced the entire door. The workers were very punctual, often at work by 8:00 am. They cleaned up every day and left our yard neat, with all equipment kept out of the way on the side of the house. Our home looks brand new! In addition, they repaired an area of ceiling where our AC had leaked and caused a stained and damage to the plaster. And they regrouted areas in our shower. And painted our shed to match the house. These projects were added to our contract after our initial contact with Nu-Tec and yet Ed and his crew were able to help us with these projects for a very reasonable fee."

"The job was completed in a timely manner, he was always professional and courteous, materials were removed and clean up was satisfactory. There are areas on the hallway walls where texture was not smoothed out and the paint job was poor in certain areas of our home. Overall we were satisfied yet we wouldn't use this company again.
