"I was very pleased with the fence installment. They were very timely from first meeting to start day (it did not take a long time to get them out and do the job. They also did excellent follow-up after our initial meeting. The only two complaints I have are: 1) The installment day they told me they would arrive about 7:15-7:30. They were late and did not call. I needed to be at an appointment so I phoned at 8:45 and they said they would be here in 30 minutes. They were another hour late and didn't call. I called again and they said they were out back. They should have called first or come to the front door to let me know they were here so I could show them what we wanted and leave for work. So on this front, they need to be more professional and call to let the customer know they will be late. And 2) When I had the original meeting to take measurements I mentioned that the only requirement was that they not use aliens on their work team. I was assured that this would not happen. When they showed up, there were three men (2 Americans and one Mexican). By that time it was too late and I didn't say anything. But those two complaints aside, they did a beautiful job on the fence. The excellent work they did more than made up for the two complaints I mentioned. It was custom made, aesthetic, and very well built. We are very pleased and would recommend Deck Cetera to neighbors and friends."

"EZ Small Moves did such a  FANTASTIC job on my move!! They were prompt, efficient and got everything done in a short amount of time. Also, the guys were so great and easy to work with even when things did not go to planned. The office at my old building could not find the key to lock the elevator and the guys just rolled with it and still got everything moved out in a short amount of time. They also were incredibly careful with all of my things...this was the first move I did not have anything broken so I was thrilled! I had just gotten my new condo painted and they did not leave one mark on the wall or scratch any of the floors. On top of that the price was fantastic and there were no hidden fees as promised! My move took about 3 1/2 - 4 hours and cost me around $400 which is BY FAR the cheapest I have ever paid for a move.
This was by far the BEST moving experience I have ever had and I will be sure to recommend EZ Small Moves to anyone and everyone I know. I cannot say enough about the movers I had and how professional and efficient they were.

"Deck Cetera provided exceptional customer service.  They were prompt in scheduling the appointment, and they were able to get us on the schedule the same week.  They sent Jean to conduct the estimate, she was prompt in arriving to our home and very pleasant.  She answered all of our questions and had tons of pictures to guide us in identifying what we wanted for our deck addition. She was very knowledgable about the different decking materials and helped us in making a decision about deck material.  She was provided an estimate on the spot per our request.
