"He did a great job, although it took a little longer than initially estimated, because his bond expired the day after he applied for the permit. He had the receipt to show he paid his bond renewal, but the government needed the original bond before he could get the permit and start on the new fence. Since he didn't need the permit to repair the existing fence, he did that while waiting for the bond to arrive. I couldn't be happier with the results. I have never seen a straighter fence. He actually convinced us to build a cheaper fence (cedar instead of vinyl) and stain the fence to match the existing fence. Very personable, beautiful workmanship."

"Hired Timberseal to strip, clean and stain (spray/brush method) Shadowbox Wood (cedar) Fence. The company has its own stain product which (based on previous customers) has its good life span after applied. The job was assigned to two technicians (Justin and Justin) who worked from beginning to the end of the project. Proper protection methods were used to prevent potential over spray. Job was done timely. This team did great job in timely manner. They cleaned job site afterwards. Would hire them again in the future, because they were very detailed, and professional."

The installation team of Richard and Ian were fabulous! Professional, courteous, friendly and gave excellent input on some of the installation nuances. They were very tidy. Everyone that I interacted with from Rob the salesperson to the office staff to my installers had a tremendous dedication to quality and customer service."

"<br /> <br /> The men arrived always in good humor.  They worked steadily until the job at hand was complete.  They were sure to clean up the surrounding area upon daily completion.  If there was a problem brought to their attention they made it right.  We had 3 sessions of work done; Screened in porch, basement bathroom, and upstairs bathroom.  The work by them was done expediently; the only delays were not their fault but the waiting on supplies to complete the projects.  We are looking forward to them returning to do a kitchen update.  We felt they were very fair in their cost and they were willing to lead us toward more economically cost efficient choices.  We were pleased with the end result!  Our home had not had major repairs for years and as with old houses many times one repair would lead to more repairs, but they were good to give us an estimate on the new repair and go with the flow so to speak! We were very content with their services and will continue to call them as soon as the summer visitors leave the abode!"

"His employee clean the gutters and ran water in front of the house clean the downspouts. He cleaned the gutters in the back but to not run water, because he said he was running late for another job. I asked him to connect to three foot plastic extensions from the gutters which entailed putting two screws in each one and he told me he should have charged me for that you don't do it for nothing. So I paid him $125 because he didn't sound like he was kidding."

"Perhaps I should be precluded from participating here - but Service Doctor has done several projects both residential and commercial for me and always delivers quality work on budget. To be forthright, Angie is my wife- Service Doctor did several projects for me and my business long before we were married. She takes her work very intensely; she carries it home with her, she accepts phone calls at night and over the weekends. I watch her deal with all the questions, changes, scheduling issues, and or just spend time bringing customers up to speed on the project status. I have observed and listened to her with her customers, with her co-workers and I have to say she goes above and beyond to provide a finished job that exceeds all expectations. She addresses her customers first, an example last summer I had to put a new roof on our home, a large job to remove the old and install 80 some squares of new cedar shakes, she pulled the crew from our home to take care of a few customers, I note she did so without hesitation. I just watched her anguish over a review- actually a reposted unenthusiastic review from over a year ago that was just reposted by “Chris”. Chris claims my wife was shockingly rude—interrupting, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I have never known Angie to be rude or unprofessional. When I do something stupid, I have seen her be dismissive. I have watched her deal with difficult people, difficult situations, her co-workers and sub-contractors. Being rude is just not in her DNA- and she is always correcting me when I struggle with being polite in difficult situations. She is not perfect –no one is – she works very hard doing it right, making the job go as painless as possible and controlling costs. All this to say I don’t know who this Chris guy is that is stalking my wife or why he can’t let go after a year- or why he keeps reposting negative comments anonymously with none of the underlying facts. So, Chris tells exactly what happened rather than just saying Angie and Jenna were rude and dismissive. What was the job, did they enter a contract with you to do the job, did they not finish the job, was the job delayed because materials were not available, if you have the balls to post a bad review – have the tenets to provide the facts. Yes, I am defending my wife, from an anonymous b****, and some Chris guy that seems to be stalking her, I would be foolish not to."
