From the moment they arrived, I knew I was in good hands. The technician was incredibly professional and took the time to explain exactly what was causing the blockage and how they would resolve it. They used advanced equipment to clear the drain quickly and efficiently, and I was amazed at how thorough they were. "Checked for downstream blockage - there was none. Checked from main toilet to main drain - nothing found but he said it looked suspicious. So ran rooter from main drain upstream to toilet and finally found the drain. A determined effort that cleared the blockage.
