My Mom was concerned that she might need a new roof before the rains come.  Bill was so nice and honest with his discussion with my Mom and me.  He said that she had at least another 10 to 15 years of life left on her roof.  I asked if I could pay him for his time and he said no thanks.  
I have so much respect and appreciation for Bill and Jordan roofing, that when either I or my family needs a roof, I will use them !!

"First off I want to thank Gary and his team for taking excellent care of my mothers home. She's 90 and relies on me to work with contractors etc. I received bids from 5 companies and what set Gary apart was the products he uses and the warranties given through himself and the manufacturer along with his welcoming demeanor. His price was fair, not the cheapest of my bids but I felt Gary had more to offer and I was willing to pay a little more for it. Secondly, Gary is reachable by phone more than he probably wants. He always responded to me right away either by call or text, sometimes in the evenings. He shows up when he says he will and he does everything he promises. We installed a 50 year roof and I watched his workers install everything. I am a retired engineer so I tend to be meticulous about craftsmanship. Hands down, his team performed flawlessly."

"Had the team from Chandler out after we discovered a water leak during the big series of storms in November. They were able to have Brady come out and take a look in a week, which was great given that I'm sure they were flooded with calls. Brady put together a plan of action to fix the leak, and when it came time for the work to start, they quickly realized that the under layment on our clay tile roof was not consistent throughout the roof as anticipated. Brady immediately called me to keep me in the loop as well as provide his recommendations on the best course of action. The communication and honesty was up front throughout which is certainly something we appreciated. The partial re-roof that we opted for was completed within a week - a far cry from the 5+ weeks that our neighbors experienced with some other company. Brady took the time to explain the materials that were used in the process, as well as they type of under layment options and warranty. After another four days of rain in February, everything looks good and we are dry! Overall very satisfied with their job. While I'm sure there are slightly cheaper roofing contractors out there, I think the overall balancing of price vs quality certainly favors Chandler."
