"I hired Lacoste Property Maintenance for several small jobs, and had mixed results. It may have been due to bad timing, but the experience was not as good as many of the other reviews (and I really had hoped it would work out because he is so nice). I wanted to provide my experiences to help others with decisions about hiring a handyman in the area. The pros were: --Extremely polite, showed true concern for customers, caring, and took time to communicate. Top notch customer service. --Some work was done well. --Clearly itemized invoices and shows up as scheduled. Unfortunately, there were several negatives: --Some work was just not done well. Examples included misaligned or non-flush beams, boards falling off fence already, etc. Friends looked at some of the work done were much less kind in their comments. --Rushing which may have led to quality issues. A worker mentioned too many jobs in a day. --At least two instances where I paid for things (supplies, work) that I found out later through closer inspection weren’t done. No reason to think it was intentional (could have been a mistake or worker cutting corners), but still not comfortable."

"It went very well. would like to have 1/4 ly service"

"It went well!  They also recharged my Freon.  This was on a Friday on a 3-day weekend, so I was sure I would be out of luck.  However, they were willing to come out and did a great job!"

"Mr. LeBlanc was very nice and professional. He was very patient about my decision on going forward with the job due to our money situation. I appreciated his professionalism. Thank you Mr. LeBlanc and Service Magic. Liz Strnad"

"O.G. Electric is worthy of your trust. Jason is a no-nonsense guy who works hard for customer satisfaction. I hired him to do some troubleshooting and to install dedicated switched circuit for a new garbage disposal installation. I felt the service was well-worth the price. I plan to have Jason's shop come back to wire a new shop building and to install some security lights as well. I know I'll get another great job."
