"Carolyn î î ¸ î ¸ î ¸ î ¸ î ¸ just now NEW For serious carpentry -- cedar siding replacements & repairs, window ledges given new PVC replacments, deckboard replacements & repairs and new deck stain job plus new oil primer, and new Paint with Sherwin Williams Latitude, I would give Sam & his crew plus Vini & his painting crew outstanding 5 star rating. Sal Ferreira who oversaw the whole Project and his crew members did things the right way. Pre-Primed cedarsiding was used and other areas scraped to the bare wood were also oil primed before 2 coats of Latex Latitude was applied to the body of the house, as well as exterior window and door frames & doors using 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Emerald High Reflective Gloss White after they were also primed, sanded, and then painted the right way. First time ever this has been done the RIGHT WAY. PLUS, they protected all the windows from any spray painting, roller painting, and brush painting done too, the RIGHT WAY. Clearly, they paid attention to detail. And 12 window ledges were replaced with permanent White PVC to stop future water damage problems of rot to the wood sections framing the outside windows. And PVC also permanently replaced the garage door woodsiding uprights that were splitting from snow and water damage done over the past 18 years. The attention to detail these men have is amazing!!! They did a phenomenal job and still did outstanding work in an intense 4 day heatwave. Did keep them well supplied with fresh Frozen Spring Water bottles which they could apply to their necks to stay cool and drink it once it was drinkable. Out of 4 different painting crews over the years, RP PRO Painting & Contracting clearly are the best. When few areas needed touchup, Sal pointed it out to them and it got done right! They worked on the home and did the right repairs and overall painting as if it were their own home, garage, & deck being worked on. THANK YOU for doing such a phenomenal job!! "Hired through Home Depot to install central heat pump. The work was completed and the system is running well. The techs did a good job and were polite and cleaned up after themselves. However: - I specifically purchased the Elite version of the heat pump, which the salesperson told me met the new standards for energy rebates. It now appears that it does not. Net loss of about $2600. - Some of the fins/radiator inside the condenser housing were damaged before the install was even finished (off the truck?). I asked the techs if it was a problem, but was probably too wishy washy about it (and wanted it installed because of a heat wave coming) so I didn't demand a replacement or promise that it would be covered if there was a problem. It didn't leak, so maybe OK? - Since we had two HD credit cards already, I asked if we could split the cost between them and get the 24-months interest free programs, and was told it would be fine (have the confirmation in writing). The techs even had to connect with someone at the office to make sure it went right. It didn't. They ended up being 6-months plans. I emailed about getting them switched several times and each time the request would get forwarded to our salesperson, who never responded. Eventually we had to get another loan with a high interest rate, and it will cost us about $1200 in interest. Is the pump worth $3800 more than we were planning on? Maybe. We'll see when winter kicks in. Certainly we'll never recoup the cost in our lifetime, but there were many reasons we purchased. Mixed experience. Was happy with the process until the end, when it's too late to do anything about it. But we have a functioning system. I think we're supposed to have a year of service as well, but I've received no information about it. Hoping nothing goes wrong. If you are big on attention to detail, follow up, and after sale customer service, be careful."

"Sign contract April 4th 2025 was told would take two to three weeks this job was removing pressure treated and replacing with composite material we picked out samples from local building material outlet and showed so-called supervisor what we wanted was told he would be ordering them funny thing where we got the samples all items were in stock at least a week delay items had to be special ordered what we were told another special order for the railings another week delay called or message several times to correct mistakes July 4th is just around the corner job is still not complete"
