We had an old electric heater that had to be disconnected and they placed a call to a electrican and he was here that day , we also needed a plumber and they were able to get a plumber here also the same day. He walled off a second door to access the bathroom, ripped out old tile, and put down new tile and installed a new vanity. Very happy with the finished product.
