"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"Professional Building Services is fantastic.  We have used them many times.  Pete and Joe are high on communications and go out of their way to make you happy.  They did our siding using Hardi cement board siding and did such a great job we hired them again for our roof.  After this winter we were concerned about Ice dams and leaks again.  They found plywood that was not nailed and took care of that for us and completed our roof in under two days.  We have a lot of landscaping and a pool.  They were super clean.  You have to expect some little things you will find in shrubs later but thats expected.  Removing a roof is super messy and we were impressed.  We honestly thought there would be some major cleaning on our end.  There price is very competitive to others. <br />"
