"Pete and Barb were outstanding to work with. We replaced a large carpeted room with unfinished birch and it looks incredible. Very happy with the outcome. Pete installed, sanded and finished it all on schedule (even with a small subflooring setback, that was unknown to all of us prior). There was minimal dust from sanding. Pete worked very hard to complete all work as promised, staying later into the evening to get it done. He was very detailed, thoughtful and respectful of the room/our home. Barb was very thorough in answering questions and communicating and both she and Pete were very easily accessible to answer any questions. Overall a great experience and will hire again!"

"Adam, the owner of Magic Frog Carpentry & Woodworks is great to work with. He is responsive via text and phone conversations. He has a lot of skilled people he works with and does a lot of the work as well. When any hiccup comes up he is quick to get it resolved. This past fall I hired him to do a partial remodel of my kitchen (new countertop, new backsplash, new flooring and painting. I was happy with the work and decided to hire Adam again for a tub to shower conversion. I am really happy with the results of both projects. "The installers did great work. They made sure all of the details were completed and we were happy with the job before they left the house. They wore masks the entire time and cleaned up everything before they left. They also moved and put back the furniture in the room they were working in. The only complaint I have is that their management only assigned two installer to the job that could have used three or even four. Empire promotes their one day service but that is not likely to happen with just two people handling this type of hard wood installation."
