"I am very happy with my dealings with The Roofing Company. The project manager, Gene, was professional in his presentation, courteous, and attentive to my concerns. He immediately arranged a repair of my front porch that was necessary for the roof replacement while other companies either said they couldn’t make the repair or wouldn’t quote the repair. He gave me a quote for the work that was higher than any of the other five companies. The quote was higher mainly because he budgeted more for sheets of plywood and other materials. I knew from walking on the roof and looking in the attic that quite a bit of plywood needed to be replaced and didn’t want to commit to a company that would not give me an accurate estimate. The workers that repaired the roof and installed the gutters were impressive. They were hardworking, skilled, and courteous and coordinated their efforts very well. The project went smoothly. The work site was cleaned each night and I was kept informed concerning the progress of the project."

"The entire project went very well. Consultant Bob Eversman was very prompt and thorough for our first meeting. He advised that colors are limited due to production cutbacks as a result of Covid. We decided on a color, but using the online tool supplied in the brochure that allowed us to see our house with one or two other colors, we decided on a color change later, and there was no problem. The "team" came right on schedule, and we were amazed at how professional and diligent they were in completing our 1700 plus sq ft home in one day. We were visited the next day by a gentleman who checked on everything and decided that we needed one more nail sweep. This is the one caveat I would mention. We have continued to find roofing nails, so I would caution the homeowner to make certain nail removal is thorough no matter who your roofer may be. We were contacted several times through the process to make certain things were going well, and the one or two times we mentioned something, it was taken care of immediately. Warranties were provided immediately as well. The dumpster was removed on the 2nd day following completion of the roof. We are happy to have a new roof, and pleased to have one that looks very nice. It was done promptly and at a fair price. Reroofing isn't something a homeowner looks forward to, but you will do yourself a favor if you choose Stratus Roofing. c"

ALL were professionals and very courteous! They did a good job protecting my landscaping and pool during the project and when they cleaned up, you could not tell they were there. "The process went SO smooth!!! We started with a "meet and greet" where Shingle Masters visited my home to assess my roof and provide a quote. They explained the process in terms I understood, gave me options for roofing shingles, and gave me time to review all information without any pressure. They took time to answer all of my questions to be sure I felt comfortable moving forward. Once the crew started, the majority of the work was done in a day, and the remaining days were spent with final touches. Ensuring our stucco was repaired (AND PAINTED) where needed. They made improvements on weak design areas in the structure of our roof as opposed to just replacing shingles. Everyone I interacted with, from the office to the crew on site where extremely nice and professional. It's hard to find a company to trust with such a large project and from the "meet and greet" I had with Shingle Masters, I knew I was making the right choice to work with them. "They replaced my roof, but after a year the roof starts leaking, I called them they fixed it, but the roof is still leaking, they already came out 3 times to fixed it but still up to now, my roof still have leaks. UPDATE: The owner Bob came out to look at my roof, and admitted there were things that he looked at up there, and did not like. He fixed the problem. Since then there's been a lot of rain ,and no leaks. Highly recommend these guys."

"Roof and Fascia Repair Highly Recommend Roof Tech. Just had a fascia Board replaced and roof repair that caused the problem. Work was done by Roof Tech. Highly recommend them. Very neat, fast work. Good price and thorough. Darrell gave us a complete explanation of the needed work and followed thru. His guys who came were done in 2.5 hours and did everything they said. I mentioned another small item when they were here, not part of quote, and they handled that as well-no extra charge. I hope to not need a new roof for many years, but will call them first when I do."

"They completed the job in one day and more importantly, scheduled the work to be completed the next morning after arriving to perform the estimate. We had a serious roof leak - water was pouring down the chimney and the stain on the ceiling was growing larger. This should have been fixed under our warranty - the roof was replaced 3 years ago. When the original roofer did not respond to my calls and emails, I contacted 4 professionals. All of the estimates were similar, but K&E arranged to complete the repair immediately. During the inspections, we also discovered that the squirrels had eaten all of the lead boots on the ventilation pipes. K&E also installed squirrel guards on the new lead boots which the other estimates did not include."
