I will say that I ALWAYS advised any of the customers I referred that “S&O Greenworks can effectively transform a struggling lawn or act as a good steward for a new lawn, IF ONLY the customer will follow the instructions left at the door after each lawn servicing and PROPERLY WATER their St. Augustine lawns adequately!” I would tell them that if they didn’t have a properly functioning sprinkler system, all the efforts of S&O Greenworks would be futile and without proper watering, the customer’s lawn would not change! "They treat a bunch of homes in our neighborhood, so we figured we'd give them a try. Paid for a year of service. Lawn looks just as bad, if not worse, at the end of it. Specifically asked if we needed to re-sod, etc. any areas at the start and was told they would get it all under control. Multiple times we were in the backyard, pool, etc. without seeing anyone from the company, but magically their "Lawn Treated" sign would pop up in our front yard during that time. I'm thoroughly convinced at this point that they don't actually do anything other than drop the signs off in your yard. Sent a letter detailing these reasons for canceling and received no reply whatsoever. Not a good way to do business."

Tim brought his team to do a major lawn cleanup and gutter cleaning for me even though my home is out of their general service range. They did an exceptional job; very thorough, hard working, professional, friendly and courteous. Tim went out of his way to do this job knowing I would soon be having surgery and lengthy recovery. He didn't have to accept this job but he did. He's a hardworking professional and I give him the highest recommendation."
