"We could not be more appreciative! We had hired another cleaning crew through home advisor and after multiple confirmations, they stood us up. So in a last minute must get done situation, home advisor found us this company. I heard from them within minutes and they were at our home within 2hrs. They had an extremely competitive quote and we got amazing feedback from their work! We hired them for a move out final clean and our agents stopped in during their appointment and were very pleased. "Luis and his team showed on time, actually a bit early. They brought the people I requested. I chose to have 3 people for two hours. It was 3 people and Luis for two hours or a bit over. Luis walked through to find exactly what I wanted and took notes, I appreciated that! They cleaned the entire time, all of them. They did everything I asked for! I've had house cleaning services throughout the years when I lived in my own home. No one has ever listened more closely nor completely satisfied me like they did before! It is a bold statement. I believe most all tried in the past, but Luis taking notes and clarifying if he wasn't sure what I meant, I think made all of the difference! We are going to keep Jacklen's Maid service with Luis and his team. I look forward to working with them in the future. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends."

"I have used her for years. I really like her.  They do really nice work. They also cleaned underneath the bed and sofa. She brings 1 or 2 workers with her. I try not to stay inside the house and  just leave it up to Laura because I feel like I am in their way. I have never had a problem with them stealing and that is why I like them . They try to be as through as possible which I like.  They pick up everything and dust it. They are very reasonable considering the amount of work and the time they spend here. She is very responsive and professional. She calls and lets me know if she is going to be late."
