"We decided to hire Kyle as his bid came in right in the middle of our 3 bids. One was lower and one was higher. Another friend of mine had use him on a large project earlier this year and was very happy with his work. We wanted our loft to be permitted so Kyle did an excellent job with the City of Cypress in obtaining our permit without having us get an engineer stamp. That saved us alot of money and Kyle is use to working with the people in our city. Kyle sent Luis and George to work on our garage and they are both two of the best workers I have seen. They did the complete job within 8 days and even did alittle extras. We had them add a solar attic fan that we bought from Costco too. The job exceeded our expectations. Everything went smoothly. Sometimes Kyle gets alittle busy and it takes a day or two for him to get back to you. Overall, we are very happy with the job."
