He made necessary repairs around a fireplace vent in less than an hour. A company I contacted earlier had sent a representative who didn't even go up on the roof but asked me to call him Friday after the next time it rained. After seeing the photos Steve took, I'm sure the roof would have leaked again had I waited. Steve was courteous and professional, and understanding about our concerns. I would hire him again in an instant and recommend him to friends."

"Before the job was sold the sales team headed by Mike Hawkins were very professional, courteous but right after the signed contact job was delayed due to their internal department mixup. I was not communicated of any delay and had to call numerous people to get the response. During the whole process they worked with my insurance company and finished the work on time and the roof looked great. Right after job was completed I noticed my porch gutter leaking at the joint. It was a new leak which I thought would be the result of shingles being thrown while install. After sending video of the leak to the sales, install and customer service I didn’t get any response then finally I complained to their General Manger Grant and he came to inspect the leaking gutter and said the age of the gutter may be the cause of the leak but he will get it caulked. It has been more than a week, email and text message to their General Manager Grant has still not fixed the leaking gutter. Roof replacement was a good job but if there is any problem later on with their work I will not depend on their warranty commitment. I will not recommend them to others for their after sales service commitment."

If I had a complaint about anything, it would only be that I wished communication had been a bit more prompt, but in the end, it was not a big deal. "Ed responded quickly to my request for an estimate for gutters.  He emailed an estimate right after seeing the house and called me a day after he sent it to make sure I realized that my chimneys were in poor condition and were allowing water penetration into the attic (which was true).  After discussion about chimney repairs and the condition of the current roof (just bought the house, and the inspector had rated it in just fair condition), we decided to replace the roof.  As soon as we had worked out the contract, Ed brought materials to the house, and the crew started the job the next day.  The crew were punctual, polite, and professional, and they worked diligently for two long days (11 hours on day 1 and another 9 hours on day 2).  Ed did the chimney work himself and explained a lot about the repairs and roofing as he went.  He is dedicated to using high quality materials and doing things the right way.  He used  the proper ridge cap shingles on the ridges, instead of regular 3-tab roof shingles, which many roofers use to cut corners, and installed extensive ice and water shield around chimneys, valleys, and the porch roof.  The crew cleaned up the yard each day and collected all nails, and Ed checked everything and did additional clean-up himself before leaving.  He gave notice of expected arrival times, and he kept in touch about all aspects of the work.  His color suggestions for shingles and gutters were great, and the house looks fantastic. <br />"
