"Paul did some minor drywall repair after we fixed a plumbing leak. He repainted the ceiling and the kitchen. Separately he repainted our front porch including stabilizing a porch post that had some rot at the base. Paul and his crew were polite, efficient, professional, and did excellent work. Everything was thoroughly repaired and prepared rather than just putting a pretty face over it. We were always informed of our options, what would happen, and when. We have no hesitation about recommending them."

"Our front door had been damaged by an attempted break-in for years and was getting progressively worse. We were pretty much unable to open it some days last winter. The salesperson that came out was friendly and well-informed. He went through all of our options and we decided on both a new front door and a new sliding glass door to the patio. The front door had many options that we went through which included the style of the door, the inside and outside colors and the style of the windows on either side of the door. He provided us with a quote which we accepted and he gave us what turned out to be a very accurate timeframe of when the doors would be installed. As we waited for the doors to be installed, Bee Window kept us apprised of where we were in the process and we worked out a couple areas in which there were questions. Installation day was scheduled and the installers arrived on time. It took a few hours for both doors to be installed. Before leaving, the installer guided me through opening and locking both doors and answered any questions that I had. They did a great job cleaning up the mess, both inside and outside of the house. The only negative I had with the entire process is that I felt that the price was a bit high. But after having the doors, and especially the new front door, I am more satisfied with this purchase than any other home improvement purchase I have made over the past 20+ years. The door is fantastic -- it closes properly and keeps the sound out and has zero gaps and looks absolutely beautiful."

"It was great.  I purchased a "big deal" from Angie's List.  They contacted me by phone and email to set up a time.  I had to cancel my first appointment, and they were able to reschedule  me  quickly.  When they arrived, Tim introduced himself and gave me a card.  His team worked efficiently to sweep the chimney.  They even took extra care by placing dropcloths on the floor from the front door to the Chimney!  When they were done, they cleaned everything up, and you wouldn't have even know that they there.

The entire project took less than 2 full days. "Things went great! Jason's price was very fair and he provided great service. His team was punctual every day and ensured we were satisfied throughout the entire process. They not only painted, they spackled walls where previous nails were and even changed lightbulbs for us in the 2 story foyer.  Each day, was a full 8+ hours of painting and many evenings, they worked through the night to ensure we could be in the home by Christmas. The paint used was top quality and they were very cautious around the home, ensuring no spills or messes were made. Jason would communicate if he had any questions (kids rooms had a specific vertical line design) and would also text/call if we missed him that day, to ensure we were pleased the days work.  We anticipate using him in the future, so we had him to take measurements of the basement to complete some drywall repair and painting down there. "John and his crew are very efficient, courteous, and easy to work with.  If you are looking for someone to get a lot of things done in a timely manner...then he's your guy. They came in like gang-busters and had everything done on our list within a day and a half. Overall we are very pleased with the results.  However, he did have to come back and finish repair on a storm door.  This visit seemed hurried.  It looked fixed when he left but still does not close properly. That is the only disappointment we have.
