"I initially Danny was very friendly and professional. I hired him to repair plaster damage on ceiling, then a few weeks later, repair damaged plaster walls. He completed the work and I primed all areas only to discover 100s and 100s of tiny air bubbles everywhere. He had stated that all areas would be ready to paint within 1-2 days. I read on line some articles about how air bubbles occur and one stated that if sanded prior to completely dry, some of the dust settles back into the surface, creating bubbles. I called him and told him of the air bubbles everywhere. He came back, on 2 consecutive days to skim more "mud" over all of the areas of bubbles on the ceiling and walls. The next day he was here for only about 40-45 minutes to re-sand all areas (4 walls and ceiling). I called him a few days later with a question about the ceiling and he was short and defensive in his response. I then spent about 40 hours total repainting the ceiling (required 5 coats...2 coats of primer, 3 of ceiling paint) and the walls had 2 coats of primer and 2 top coats of quality paint that had primer in it...A few weeks later, in an area that had extensive plaster damage, I noticed the paint was VERY rough, bubbled and poorly sanded. I texted Danny several pictures (see attached photos below) and asked if he would call me, to discuss and/or make recommendations. No response from Danny. I sent him the photos again and again and asked him to contact me. I told him that I thought it was rude and unprofessional to not respond. Again, no response. Overall, I would say his work was "Fair" but due to his lack of response, I would now rate his services as POOR. He initially was pleasant and nice, but when recurrent problems occurred, he was no longer responsive, nor professional. He took the money and ran. Very disappointing! Would not recommend him and I will not be using him again."

"Steve Parker of Duramax responded quickly to our concerns about a roof leak, arriving at our house only two hours after I called him. He made necessary repairs around a fireplace vent in less than an hour. A company I contacted earlier had sent a representative who didn't even go up on the roof but asked me to call him Friday after the next time it rained. After seeing the photos Steve took, I'm sure the roof would have leaked again had I waited. Steve was courteous and professional, and understanding about our concerns. I would hire him again in an instant and recommend him to friends."
