Their focus upon surface preparation was promised up-front and carried out by means of a low-pressure wash and abundant use of an elastomeric (flexible) caulk at any irregularities in the surfaces along with the window sashes. Their use of masking non-wood/masonry areas and all windows and doors resulted in a finished product free of paint smudges and drips. Their crew has obviously been together for a long period as they worked quickly and efficiently together. I also contracted for a cleaning of our concrete driveway and sidewalk; their rotary brush with cleaning additives really did a great job as a result of their specialized equipment and application. Their work was very high quality at a fair price; other estimates I obtained were peppered with 'not-included' and 'extras' but this company's proposal mostly consisted of a straightforward statement of 'we will paint your house and do a great job- and they did! They came to me by a referral from a friend who shared my same sentiments and led me to call them. At this time they have one crew and If there is a wait for them to start your job, I say it will be worth the wait."
