Upon an in person estimate suggestions were made which we welcomed. His brother Tony and crew arrived on time and there again a suggestion was made for our walkway which we agreed to as the design made sense for us. We had the pleasure of meeting Lou and Tony's father as well. This is definitely a family oriented business and as a customer felt that we were treated as one of the family.
