"We have a slight hill at the end of our gravel driveway, which washed out pretty badly during the recent hurricane rains. I was looking for someone to repair this, and get us another year out of the gravel driveway before we have it paved. I called three different companies, and Bill Cooper was the one who gave me the best explanation of what needed to be done. He wasn't trying to push me towards an expensive new driveway, but rather gave me options to do it right. In the end, we covered the loose gravel with a milling base, which looks better and sets me up to pave the driveway in a year or so, when it has appropriately settled. I think Bill really knows his stuff, and I'm very happy with the way things turned out."

"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. "The existing driveway was half asphalt and the other crush and run stone with a culvert pipe under it for drainage. First task was to remove and replace the galvanized corrugated culvert pipe under the existing driveway and replace it with a 30-ft plastic culvert pipe and haul away the old pipe. Job well done. Second task was to remove the existing asphalt driveway and dispose of the old asphalt. Job well done. Third task was to level the entire driveway with 21-A stone as needed and lay new asphalt on the entire driveway. Job was not as good as expected or promised but was satisfactory. The asphalt did not look like it was rolled and compacted uniformly. There are some areas where the rain puddles and after two full days off the asphalt after completion driving my two cars (a Camry and a Sienna) and Ford F450 truck on it, some tire depressions resulted."
