UPDATE - 2/4/2015 - They did come to my home and provided an estimate and plan for lighting our back yard and deck. 6 lights were included in our original purchased deal. Their proposal was for the original 6 lights plus another $1500 worth of lighting. I like their plan but we weren't prepared to spend the additional money at this time. They came out yesterday and installed just the initial 6 lights. They arrived on time and the work they did is wonderful. Our deck is beautifully lit now and I am very happy. While this relationship got off to a rocky start, they made it right and we will hire them again when we're ready to finish the back yard lighting. Also - the deal was supposed to be for the front of the house - but that wasn't clear when I bought the deal - so they allowed us to use our 6 lights on the deck. I'm sure they want the front so that they can show off their work - and that makes sense to me - as their work is worth showing off. I would now highly recommend this company."

"It went great! Casual Glenn came out to my home to install trim moulding around my fireplace. Before I called him, my fireplace was looking terrible. I like to do my own repairs but was stumped as to how to tackle this job. Casual Glenn came out and took a look and immediately told me what he could do to make it look great. We discussed the cost which turned out to be much lower than I expected. His prices are very good. He agreed to follow up with a written estimate and asked for my email address. That same day I had the estimate in my email inbox along with the date and time that he would come to do the repair.
He texted me on that day to let me know that he was on his way. He arrived on time and began the work. I watched him the entire time because from the moment he started the job, I got excited watching him transform the look of my fireplace. He allowed me to ask questions as he worked. He was totally professional and very friendly. We even talked a little sports as he worked.
When he finished the job it was like WOW! My fireplace looked brand new again. I could not stop looking at it. Casual Glenn made me wonder why I waited so long to get it taken care of.  He finished the job in about an hour  and asked if I was happy with it. I could not stop saying YES!!! I really could not stop looking at how good it looked. I just kept saying "This looks so good" over and over. He laughed and said that he was glad that I liked it.
He cleaned up everything, we shook hands, I took care of the payment and even paid him more because he did a FANTASTIC job! What I liked the most was that he took the time to explain what he was doing along the way and constantly stopped to see if I was happy at each step of the process. Very professional, very skilled at his craft and a very nice hardworking guy. There is no question that I will be calling him again for future work.
I like to do my own work but when I have a job that I cannot handle, Casual Glenn will be my first and only phone call. If anyone ever needs a handyman, this is the guy to call. His work is excellent!  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!
