"This company ruined our oak treads, staircase landing and the entire main floor hardwood flooring to include entry, hall, formal living room, dining room, kitchen and eat in dinette totaling well over 1200sq ft of flooring. He did not sand, he did not stain, he did not even clean the floors prior to laying down polyurethane. I know this because the finish is hazy and bubbly, which is a clear indication of contamination. The polyurethane is peeling off our floors, bubbling up, hazy throughout, and there are multiple spots where hair, dirt and even boot prints are mixed with the polyurethane. Additionally, where the poly is peeling up, the wood is shiny indicating that the wood was not sanded prior. When these issues were pointed out, he made a plan to come back and refinish the floors, to which I agreed. He promptly blocked my number, took my money and never returned. We also had him put up shelving in our garage, and my husband had to go back and reinforce all the shelving he put up as it was sagging and beginning to fall in multiple spots where he cut corners. Every time I walk into my house, I am reminded of his crappy workmanship. ZERO stars if I could, do NOT recommend. I'm late getting this review online because he went dark on us and I didn't know he was still around."
