"Project started out well with great communication to set up initial appointment for quote. The overall job turned out well; but once they won the business, the project was mismanaged and communication was poor. There was an overall lack of supervision on the project. It was scheduled for late November. At the time of scheduling, I asked if job would be negatively affected by snow and cold weather and if I should wait to schedule until Spring the following year. I was assured that winter weather would not cause a problem. Luckily, the concrete was poured prior to several snow storms, but the concrete was not sealed until Spring the following year. The project entailed replacing all sidewalks, a driveway and building a raised patio. The patio measurements were incorrect twice. The second incorrect measurement led to my underground sprinkler line being cut. My sprinkler line was also cut in a second location in spite my pointing out where the underground sprinkler lines crossed under the concrete. Hoses were dragged through my garden with no regard for above ground misters. Several were snapped off. The repair bill when sprinkler system was turned back on in Spring was high, and Legacy agreed to reimburse me for some of the damages. They never followed through in spite of my calling in to check on reimbursement."

"Rafael and his crew came out Ripped out an replaced some driveway concrete panels, Which came out beautiful, Also Replaced Sod in my back yard, which looks really nice, went above and beyond, fixing my sprinkler system, works perfect now, and fixed my back faucet which was leaking in my basement, so we couldn't use it, now we can, they trimed our bushes, and did an awesome job trimming our tree in the back yard. Rafael and his crew did more than my wife and I excepted, We're so happy with the results, Very Professional ! "Jose and his employees were great to work with. I got 2 bids on my job. The first was done via phone with pictures. The price was very reasonable. The second was from Jose, who showed up at my home and assessed the situation. The cost was higher but I think the first bidder, when he got to my home would have seen the problems associated with the job and raised his bid. Either that or the quality would have been a great deal below what I received from Cardenas Concrete. In addition, Jose suggested that I contact the plumbing company that caused one of the problems associated with the project. I did and that company corrected that problem at zero cost. I am a big believer that you get what you pay. "These guys are very professional and responsive. Prices were competitive. They came back to fix a small crack a few weeks after the job was complete. The only issue with the work is that a couple of the slabs are not as flat as they could be so I had to fill in some dips before laying tile."
