"!!! UPDATE 6/12: Vivax reached out to me one day after I wrote my previous review. Coleman, one of their production managers, is the honest reason I am amending my review to a 5 star. For reference, I wrote my review 6+ months after the initial painting service, simply because I was tired of dealing with it at the time. When Coleman got in touch with me, he was kind, polite, apologetic, and prompt. He got the crew out to our house within just a couple days, completed a thorough assessment, repaired our siding and did several touch ups. He was amazing about communication the entire time. If only Coleman would have been our guy from the start, I can guarantee our house would have been perfect initially. Ultimately, the damage was corrected and we have a 10/10 paint job now. I am really pleased with Vivax’s customer service and willingness to do the right thing. All I can say, is if you get Coleman, I can guarantee you are in good hands."

"Johnny, the owner, showed up promptly when he said he would, and was extremely courteous and professional. He did an excellent job cleaning our gutters and took pictures of everything to show us. The icing on the cake was that he actually charged LESS than his original bid because the gutters were not as clogged as we thought they would be. We were very impressed with his honesty and integrity, and highly recommend! We'll be having this company back to do the windows and pressure washing as well."
