"Greg is one of the best contractors I have ever hired. He discussed everything he needed to do, gave me estimates of the price and even saved me money where he could. He replaced posts, repaired vinyl planks and put horse mesh fencing on the inside of my horse pasture. Replaced electric wire and box. Horses are very hard on vinyl fencing and finding someone to repair it is nerve racking. He was so great to work with and I highly recommend him!"

"The quality of the work was great and overall that is the reason I would hire them again. The project it's self had a few issues with items being installed to soon that weren't covered properly and the materials list was not complete enough on the first order. That resulted in daily trips for myself to Home Depot. This was a big negative because that consumed a lot of my time when already working a full time job. Overall - the negative is pretty small and fixable and I would absolutely hire Chad for my next project. It's really hard to find honest, reliable people that do quality work at a good price. Chad and his crew fit that bill."

"Pioneer Fence did a very high quality job on the 3-rail split rail fence, at a very reasonable price. Quality cedar/wood was used for the fence and 2 gates. They were careful when digging near buried power lines near sidewalk, when setting new posts. Richard (owner) was very good to work with, personable, professional, and trustworthy. Later when some adjustments were needed on gate latch, they came over soon after I called and made needed adjustments so gate closed/opened smoothly.
