Their communication is unprofessional and aggressive, with constant threats of liens and contractual obligations?even when the billing mistakes were entirely on their end. They overcharged me for painting gutters that were never painted and ordered a sliding glass door when I had already hired a third-party company to handle that. Additionally, they left nails in my garage that they did not pick up. On top of that, their third-party contractor tried to overcharge me for windows, which was yet another billing error. After overcharging me and issuing a refund, I simply questioned the final bill, and instead of a professional response, I was immediately bombarded with emails from Nick and Rachel threatening to place a lien on my property on the same day my insurance company confirmed the bill was accurate before giving me a chance to even pay it. I do not recommend them."
