"Terrible experience. I had hired Mike multiple times previously and had great outcomes. Then, I wanted to replace plumbing in half of my home. He send his employee, who was a total nightmare! Screaming profanities in my home, never working, my husband ended up asking Shawn to leave. One of Bathrooms needed to be redone, because Shawn did all the work incorrectly. Mike had the nerve to tell me "he was losing money this job." Well, Mike never checked the other areas Shawn had finished. I had to redo my kitchen plumbing 5 years and ago. I also have had to replace my shower tile due to the incompetence of this company. No apologies, or accountability for the disaster. Only gaslightling, pretending to be a victim, and blaming his employee. Hire at your own risk!"

"Pure Water beat the other contractors on price and what we received as a product. We couldn't be happier with the installation. We now have hot water on demand on the opposite side of the house where it could take 5 min of water running for the water to be hot. Pure Water also installed a water softener and now our hard water is soft! Patrick who did the install was professional, personable, picked up what little mess there was, explained everything once the install was complete. We are so pleased we have them on the hook for a fireplace gas line and will have several bathroom projects going forward. We could not recommend Pure Water Services more. Thank you"

"SCAM-SCAM-SCAM ELITE ROOTER came to the house with a $79.99 special to clear a clogged pipe using a snake. The $79.99 first it became over $500 to do jetting which I agree to do. However, shortly after that they told me that it will be over $3,000 to replace 10 feet of pipe that had a bad section. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER. They charged the credit card in advanced, didn't complete the jot and is not refunding the money! VOID AT ALL COST. I had to get another plumber to complete the job because the $3,000 to replace $10 feet of pipe in an open basement seem outrageous. The other plumber clear the clogged pipe with a snake and said that the pipe didn't need to be replaced. SAVE YOURSELF SOME GRIEVE AND USE ANOTHER PLUMBER. I have now a double bill because they are not refunding me for the uncompleted job."

"It went great and we would definitely hire him again! Our house is 22 years old and many things need to be be replaced. Patrick replaced one faucet valve on a two handle faucet and charged $189. When he turned on the water, he thought the pressure was high and when tested it was 90 to 100. I think this might explain why our faucets are failing frequently. That charge was $400. He also flushed our water heater and gave us a discount. I called him back a day later because the outside house faucet suddenly was leaking quite a bit. That charge was $346 as he put in an entire new kit instead of a rebuilt kit or a partial kit. These other options were offered and would have been a cheaper fix. He also had a cheaper option for the pressure reducing valve, but we opted for a new device. I thought his prices reasonable. he gave us multiple discounts and did not pressure us at all and explained in detail his work. Patrick worked hard and fast and I am confident he did an excellent job. He was interested in us being pleased with his work. I also felt he was honest and looking after our best interests and that means a lot."
