"This one was hard to grade. I initially hired for plumbing and for the most part the workers did a good job. Issue, they used old 1980s facets from what was used previously from the outside to put on the Washing Machine instead of new ones. I paid $2200. Wouldn't you think new ones would have been the choice? Anyhow I called to let him know it was leaking and his response was, "you need new ones..Nice! :/ Before I knew about the old facets that was damaged, I hired him for the Bathroom which I was quoted $3500 for a very tiny bathroom. Work was done was tiling, and removing rotten wood on the floors Note: I paid for the Floors, Toilet, Vanity, Facet Fixtures and Tub Fixtures. The price for the bathroom ended up being $4500 Why I asked...because they ended up tiling instead of using a Shower enclosure. I was quoted $2450 from another company and stupid me choose them because I thought the plumbing was great. Overall...90% of the Plumbing was great, Tile work was great If he would have not raised the price on me with me knowing when it was quoted a lot less and came over to remove the old USED which was mine facet to put on the Washing Machine...which might have costed him $5.00. I would have given him an A Will I hire him back Nah..."

"I am very satisfied with Ed's work.  Ed strives to please and everything he does he strives to achieve perfection.  He uses two family members to assist him who are as pleasant to have around as himself.  All of the cutting and sanding is done outside so construction dust minimized.  If your job requires attention to detail and fine fitting Ed is the right person to do your project. He was always ready to customize to suit our needs and was always willing to conceptualize projects with us.  Ed, of course, is in demand but it is worth waiting for him to schedule your project.  If he subcontracts part of a job, he uses only contractors that meet his high standards. <br />"

"Al and his helper arrived on time every day.  They were clean painters, and moved all the furniture to paint and then moved it back into place.  They were so pleasant to have in my home and as much as I hated the ordeal, I honestly enjoyed them.  The grand prize:  Al did an outstanding paint job!!  I understand he's a great carpenter, too, so he'll be #1 on my list for any upcoming repairs, etc. <br />"

"I chose not to use this company.  They had actively solicited work from me at least on 2 previous occasions, leaving brochures at my door.  But when I was ready for estimates, I did not get good responsiveness, and had to request a second time that they send someone to come look at the house.  <br /> While discussing the details of the project, I got the impression that he was competent, but not very eager.  He had a nice company truck and uniform, but his attitude was more like a brother-in-law than a professional.  He made a comment about the roof being steep (risky), and declined to make needed chimney repairs.  I have been on the roof myself, and I expect a roofer can handle all kinds of roofs. <br /> I selected WadeCo instead.  They even sent me a written estimate package complete with photographs and dimensions, and their foreman who came the same day to my property was not only experienced but included the chimney repairs in the scope of work.  They acted like they wanted to do whatever I needed to have done, and they were good at it."

This man is very honest in what he says, does excellent work, his sons are working with him, his daughter is learning the business so she can help out in the office, she was out there learning, they are very good, and she was out there helping them put the bricks on our 3 car garage. We had to take them down, got them repaired, and they put them back up. They are excellent, excellent, excellent, reasonable in price, cleaned up, and I was very, very excited with them. They spent a whole weekend out here. I have already referred them. I'm just glad we found him. The price was very, very, very reasonable for what he did. I give them high ratings and would use them again in the future."
