"They saw that the springs i needed replacing were done by them before and covered under a Warranty saving me money. Since they were out on a service call anyway, had them install a new opener that i am very pleased with. They are the best!"

"Excellent. Steve and Sandy maintained prompt phone and email contact as we settled on the scope of work. Steve visited the house a couple of times to estimate and plan the work, and was always considerate of our schedule and keeping punctual appointments. He was able to save us a lot of money by restoring our rusted out rail, making it work and look like new. We were impressed with his craftsmanship and eager to have him do all of our rails. Our front porch concrete had cracks from settling, but Steve figured out a way to fit the rail where it would be useful to us in spite of the cracks. If a fit or an angle didn't look just right to him, he took it back to his shop for correction. Our rails are rock solid and look great."

"I contacted Trail Blazing this last September for a bid. They were prompt and honest with me about our wishes. We decided to use their service. They installed a brand new 40'x16' patio covering, completely remodeled our kitchen, living room and bathroom from the ground up. Walls were removed, new cabinets, counter tops, floors, windows, doors were all installed. Sean, the builder, was an absolute God Send! Sean's work is very custom. He kept me in the loop during the whole process. Sean does absolutely BEAUTIFUL work. Tyler (the owner) made sure the entire process was smooth. Lauren was so quick to respond and ensured I was a part of every process and decision. We will have Trail Blazing back again and they are already going to start work in our family's home. We would 100% recommend them."

"During my course of researching for the most competent concrete and masonry contractor in the Portland/Wilsonville area, I began asking neighbors in the community for referrals. The name “All About Concrete and Masonry” came up again and again. Not only that, but neighbors were happy to showcase Ron's work for me. Because a previous concrete contractor had poured a concrete patio up against the cedar siding of my home, the siding had dry-rotted! Also, my brick pillars were failing. I needed to know what my options were from a knowledgeable concrete and masonry professional! I telephoned Ron. Ron was prompt, knowledgeable, pleasant and down to earth. He explained my options thoroughly, and provided estimates for various options. On the day the first of the jobs was scheduled, Ron and his crew arrived ready to go to work! I found Ron's crew to be super hard-working and conscientious! When the work was completed, the crew cleaned up the area to perfection. In my book All About Concrete and Masonry is the best, hands-down! Since then, I have had Ron and his crew do all of my masonry and concrete repairs. When the time comes to replace my concrete driveway, I plan to select 'pavers', and All About Concrete and Masonry will without a doubt be my #1choice to do the job!"

"Jozo and Kiana Karlovic of Euro Masonry LLC were wonderful to work with in scheduling the rebuild of my chimney. They were friendly and knowledgeable and never kept me waiting. Jozo came to my home when he said he would to look at the chimney and then he provided an assessment of what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. Kiana was prompt and detailed when she emailed the estimate, the agreement and other correspondence. I was unsure of what needed to be done and definitely unwilling to climb on the roof to look. The fellow who cleans my gutters had told me that mortar was breaking away from the chimney bricks. Since the mortar had been tuckpointed more than 35 years ago, a complete rebuild seemed reasonable. Other friends suggested that I might want to consider adding a chimney cap. I asked Jozo and he explained that I didn’t really need one and it would look a bit unusual in this neighborhood, but he would have one fabricated for an additional price if that was what I wanted. That was the kind of honesty I look for in a contractor. Jozo fit me into his schedule and was meticulous in his work and cleanup. The chimney looks perfect and he provided me with before and after photos. He blew away all the fir needles and tree debris from the roof afterward because he’s that thorough. I was extremely pleased with his work and plan to pass his company information along to friends. Euro Masonry is an excellent firm and it was wonderful to work with Kiana and Jozo."

"They're absolutely topnotch. It couldn't got better. He was there everyday. He worked rain or shine. He did little things that made the overall installation worked twice or three times as much. He pointed out things that were wrong with the house that had nothing to do with his installation and so he helped us identify a different issue. Their price is right in a ballpark with everybody else."

"I and all three neighbors were very pleased - always a bit anxiety producing as I had been the one to choose this business, and a neighbor is a contractor. <br>They were prompt in responding to emails, questions such as how we might deal with the pre-existing, and the date of the installation. <br>They were respectful and polite on site and in emails. <br> <br>The final price was a small amount above the initial estimate, but that apparently was due to the cement bases, and very reasonable.  One certainly needs that detail in Oregon. <br> <br>Two of the neighbors stated that they would gladly use George and Gabe to complete further fencing on their property. <br> <br>"

"Very poor customer service and follow through after they get paid.  They did the whole bid process over the phone and email and never once came to our property.  This made me nervous, but they came highly recommended.  When I questioned this, I was told not to worry they do most of their bids by email when the gate is preexisting and our job was ?pretty straight forward? and I could count on them to take care of their customers.  <br /> NOT TRUE!! Our driveway is a causeway across a lake!!  How could that possibly be straight forward?  This was clearly visible in the photos I sent them.  I judge service best when something does go wrong.  How the does company then live up to their promises?  With Cornerstone, they promised to bury the gate opening wand IN the drive where it would not be seen.  When they got out here, they said they couldn?t.  Something they would have KNOWN had they bothered to do an onsite inspection before bid.  Now I have an UGLY LONG antennae lying on my shoreline. <br /> Their solution to make it right,?  they gave us 50 bucks on a 3 grand bill and left us to fix the mess. <br /> Here are the actual exchanges <br /> ___________________________________ <br /> THEY PROMISE TO MAKE IT RIGHT AND THEN TELL ME I SHOULD BE HAPPY WITH HOW HARD THEY WORKED ON MY BID??  What does that have to do with the ugliness on our property and the work they did not complete per their bid? <br /> From: Glenda Miller [mailto:gmiller@cornerstonefencing.com] <br /> Sent: Wednesday, November 20, 2013 8:49 AM <br /> To: Phipps, Shari L <br /> Subject: Invoice INV5997 from Cornerstone Fencing Inc. <br /> Shari, <br />  I have given you the $50.00 discount. And if not, I get a refund on what I paid so far.   I am nervous as no one has come in person to inspect the job site.  This might be normal but this is all new to me. <br /> Not much point in my paying for a system that?s too far away from the house to work. <br />"
