Their cleaning team comes in, places plastic sheets or Styrofoam blocks under all furniture, pre-treats heavy traffic areas, cleans the carpet, and then departs leaving my carpets and upholstered furniture thoroughly clean. They also clean drapery, window blinds, and plantation shutters and will be coming to my home next week to provide these services. I will let you know how things turn out. When they arrived, I found out that they had misquoted based on single (not double hung windows). Each window is counted as two if you have double hung windows. Since this was their error, they only charged the originally quoted amount. The window cleaner worked quickly and very diligently, he was very kind and respectful, and the windows look great now. I would use them again, and would recommend them. Even at the correct price, they are reasonable and do a great job."

"Oh wow.... they are AMAZING! We are quite picky about a very clean home and these housekeepers are just so great (usually the same two ladies come for 3-4 hours... up to 8 combined "work hours".) While the house can't be cleaned "top to bottom" every time, they know what needs to be done on a bi-weekly basis, monthly basis ... and maybe just a few times a year (like moving heavier furniture).
